Three month check-up weight 324.
I had my Third Month Dr. Visit and he was pleased with my weight loss. I have found that I have to battle the head hunger because my pouch is healing and I don't have any pain when I eat. It is exciting and encouraging to see the weight loss. I have begun to exercise more now that less pain when walking.
We got back from a couple of days in Kentucky where I grew up. We took the
Grandchildren on a fishing trip and boy did they have fun. Me and Grand Mother
are wore out. It was good to see family and reminisce of the old days. As I look
back on these many years I see how short life. As one life comes to a close
another is beginning. At this stage of my life I reflect on the true meaning of
life and it is not things that matter. What really matters in life are the
memories we make and the love first for God our maker and family and friends.
Today My weight was down twenty pounds from last month, I feel really good and am excited to see the changes in the months ahead.
Today I had my one month followup. My blood work looked good, we went over what I was eating and if I was taking all my vitamins ans drinking my water. I have to admit that it is hard to drink the water it just is nasty tasting and food in OK but I’m just not hungry. My next Dr. appointment is on August 19. Well I guess you want to know what my weight is ..As of today I weigh 360 Pounds a total of 63lbs from first Dr. Visit in March.
Arrived at the hospital on May 22nd at 6:00am went to second floor day surgery and was in OR at 7:30am. I woke up in Unbelievable Pain, but that was soon under control, was transfered to ICU and spent the night there. Next day was moved to the forth floor, and on the 24th discharged, with orders to stay in the area. We spent the week in Maryville, TN until my Dr. appointment today and I am extremely tired. I lost 15 pounds in six days. Total weight loss from first consultation is 50lbs. (Going to Bed)
